6-week introductory challenge

  • Know the immeasurable benefits of high intensity interval training (HIIT)

Then CrossFit may be your next great fitness challenge. Here are the highlights:  

  • 60-minute group classes are led by a certified coach.

  • Classes follow programming that includes a warm-up, strength/skill builder, Workout of the Day (WOD), and the occasional finisher.

  • No two classes are the same! Variety and change-ups keep things fresh and exciting. 

TNT FIT

If you: 

  • Are on a time crunch and looking for the most bang for your buck when it comes to time spent sweating

  • Are looking to BURN body fat and BUILD lean muscle 

  • Crave variety in your workouts and get bored by the same old, same old

TNT FIT could be just the switch-up you’RE LOOKING FOR! Here’s what you need to know:  

  • These community-centric, 45-minute workouts are led by a certified coach.

  • We're the OG Burn Program of Calvert County, so you know you’re getting the best of the best.

  • Each specialty course focuses on cardio and strength training for a balanced fitness routine. Minimal to no barbells. This course is great for anyone trying to learn the fitness ropes!

PRE AND POST-NATAL

If you: 

  • Are planning to become pregnant and are interested in pre-bump programming

  • Are gearing up to have your little one or have recently given birth

  • Need guidance finding the best, safest workouts for YOU

our Pre-/Post-Natal Program IS THE perfect PLACE for you! HERE’S WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT:

  • This program was created by mamas, for mamas, and is led by two great mothers — BirthFit Coach Jordan (mom to 3-year-old, identical twin boys) and Pre/Post Natal Trainer Sara (mom to a 3-year-old boy and one-year-old daughter). 

  • We show you the secrets to birthing better and becoming stronger more quickly post-pregnancy.

  • Our coaches work with you to help you find the BEST, strongest version of you as a mother — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

  • Your body is capable of more than you think! We’ll help you train smarter to prepare you for birth or build your strength post-pregnancy. 

  • You’ll be surrounded by a community of women just like you, who understand what you’re experiencing. #STRONGASAMOTHER

CROSSFIT KIDS*

If you: 

  • Are looking for a fun and effective way to keep your kids active

  • Want to empower your children to make new friends and create a positive relationship with health

  • Have kids who play sports and want additional fitness support, or are looking for an alternative to traditional sports programs

Then CrossFit Kids could be perfect for your little one(S). The details:  

  • CrossFit Kids is a challenging and engaging program for children of all skill levels.

  • The program incorporates the 10 physical skills of CrossFit, including agility, coordination, endurance, flexibility, strength, and more!

  • We also encourage participants to grow in nutrition, stretching, and injury prevention. 

  • Most of all, it’s kid-loved, parent-approved, and FUN! We guarantee a good night’s rest for your child and YOU! 

*Classes are offered to children ages 5-10 years old. No previous fitness experience needed.

  • If you can’t make a class time (or prefer to do ya own thing); are following one of our strength/conditioning programs but want more time to work on your skills

    We offer open gym an average of 2 times per day. Coaches and staff will be available onsite to answer any program questions you may have while working out.

  • If you: aren’t interested in a group program (or are already involved in a program but looking for some extra support); are a fitness beginner or need assistance finding workouts that are right for you; want to hone or build a specific skill or strength; or have a current or past injury and want the specialized care and safety of a personal trainer.

    You can even hold corporate/company workouts to build community with your work team/business.
